What You CANNOT Use
Popular Songs
Songs from Drake, Beyoncé, Adele, etc. are always copyrighted.
Even if "everyone else does it" — it's still illegal. Your video will be removed.
YouTube Downloaded Music
Using YouTube-to-MP3 converters is illegal.
Just because you downloaded it doesn't mean you own the rights.
Other Creators' Content
Reposting videos from TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube is copyright infringement.
Always get explicit permission from the original creator.
TV/Movie Clips
Clips from movies, TV shows, or sports broadcasts are not allowed.
"Fair use" is extremely limited. Don't risk it.
Three-Strike Policy
We enforce copyright violations progressively
First Strike: Warning
• Video removed immediately
• Warning email sent
• Account remains active
Learn from the mistake and use copyright-safe content going forward.
Second Strike: Suspension
• Video removed
• 7-day upload suspension
• Formal warning issued
Your account is at risk. One more violation = permanent ban.
Third Strike: Permanent Ban
• Account permanently suspended
• All content removed
• Earnings forfeited (if violations are severe)
No appeals. No exceptions. Repeated violations = ban.

- 2. Include content URL and proof of ownership
- 3. We'll remove it within 24-48 hours
For Creators (Counter-Notice)
If you believe your content was removed incorrectly:

- 2. Provide proof you own the rights
- 3. We'll review within 10-14 business days
